Local Search

Show up first where homeowners search.

Most carpet cleaning jobs start with a local Google search, usually “carpet cleaning near me”. The goal is to be at the top of the map, the top of the listings, and the page they click.

What changes

Here is what changes for your business.

Found by homeowners, not just repeat customers

Repeat work is great. Local search brings in the households that have never heard of you and are booking this week.

Phone calls from organic search

We track, attribute and report calls from your Business Profile and website every month, so you know what the work is producing.

A foundation that compounds

Ad spend stops working the day you stop paying. Rankings keep booking cleanings long after the work is done.

What's included

Here is what we deliver.

Listings cleanup

We make your name, address and phone consistent across the directories Google cross-checks. Inconsistencies quietly cost you rankings.

Google Business Profile optimization

We optimize categories, services, service area, photos, posts and the review program. It is your most important local asset, and it is usually half set up.

Service-area pages

We build real pages for the towns you serve and the services you sell, not swap-the-city-name doorway pages.

Technical hygiene

We cover speed, mobile, internal linking and schema, and we fix the things Google quietly penalizes.

Review program

We plan when and how to ask for reviews, and how to respond. We don't fake reviews and we don't gate them.

Monthly reporting

We report calls, rankings, map impressions and booked jobs where we can tie them, in plain language.

How it works

Here is how the work runs.

  1. Step 1

    Audit your local presence

We review your Business Profile, listings, website, competitors in the map pack, and where your calls come from today.

  2. Step 2

    Clean up the foundation

We start with quick wins: categories, services, NAP consistency, broken pages and missing schema.

  3. Step 3

    Build the pages and content

We build service and service-area pages that answer what homeowners search, written by people who know the trade.

  4. Step 4

    Track, tune, and compound

We report monthly, then do more of what's working and less of what isn't.

Pricing

Local Search is included in both monthly plans: Foundation at $599 a month and Growth at $1,000 a month.

FAQ

Here are the questions we hear most.

How long does local SEO take?
First movement usually shows up in 60–90 days. Real ranking gains land somewhere in months four to nine, and the work compounds after that. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is selling a shortcut.
Will my Business Profile outrank the franchises?
We don't guarantee #1, because nobody honestly can. But local rankings lean heavily on proximity, relevance and reviews, and that's ground an independent can win. Most competitors simply haven't done the work.
Do I need a new website?
Not necessarily. If your site is broken, slow or can't be edited, we'll tell you. Either way, your site moves onto our platform on both plans. A new custom build comes with the Growth plan.
What about Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack and Nextdoor?
They matter less than they used to and more in some markets than others. We keep your listings accurate everywhere and only push the platforms that book jobs in your area.
